Handling of Personal Information
Thermonik ENG Inc. (“the Company”) may collect personal information from customers and other stakeholders through this website or by other means. 3. Security Measures
(1) Basic Policy
The Company has adopted this notice as its basic policy for protecting personal information.
(2) Internal Rules
The Company has established rules regarding the acquisition, use, and handling of personal information and requires all employees to comply.
(3) Organizational Measures
The Company appoints personnel responsible for personal information management, enforces access restrictions, and mandates reporting of any violations. In the event of a significant incident such as a leak, a specialized committee will respond. Access logs are preserved as necessary for monitoring and internal audits.
(4) Personnel Measures
The Company provides internal training on the handling of personal information.
(5) Physical Measures
Employees must appropriately manage personal information and the devices/media on which it is stored and irreversibly destroy such information upon disposal.
(6) Technical Measures

Electronic records containing personal information are protected by passwords as necessary.
(7) Other Measures

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

- Provision to contractors within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use

The Company may jointly use personal information of customers, stakeholders, corporate clients, technical partners, applicants, and Group employees/retirees. In such cases, the Company will manage the information appropriately under its responsibility.

Name, company, department, address, date of birth, career history, health examination results, gender, phone number, email address, purchase history, website browsing history, and behavioral/attribute data obtained from the website

Requests can be made in writing or via the web inquiry form. The responsible department will provide guidance on procedures and any fees. Complaints regarding personal information will also be handled.
